Classes with qualified and enthusiastic Pilates teacher Fiona that place emphasis on precision, control and technique. You will be taught a sequence of exercises to build your strength from within, using deep postural muscles to develop core strength, leaner muscles, increased joint mobility, and improved posture to help your back become pain free. Classes are demanding but low impact and tailored to different level of ability so are suitable for everyone whatever their fitness level or personal goals. Beginners welcome!
