Little Monsters – Parent & Baby/toddler
An exercise class designed for parents creating a safe environment for babies and children up to the age of 5 to attend. Specialist instructor knowledge on postnatal health and fitness means this class is also suitable for new mums. 
 
Active Bumps 
Promoting a healthy active pregnancy, this class allows prenatal women to exercise safely inline with their trimester stage. As well as maintaining training strength and endurance (a vital aid for labour) we also include functional exercises to prepare you for the demands of being a new parent as well as core and pelvic floor strength and maintenance. 
 
Walk & Talk (A Free Class)
A free session that welcomes expectant, new and parents of preschool children. An opportunity to meet with other parents, share worries, ask questions and support each other. Creating a friendly network where mums support mums.
