Vinyasa Yoga is a continuous movement of the sequenced postures. Emphasis is placed on harmonising the movements of the body with the breath, which acts as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next, The beauty of Vinyasa Yoga is the variety. Classes may be sequenced around a “peak” pose or focus on a particular theme. The class may be dynamic with strengthening postures or it may be a slower “flow” with emphasis on mobility and flexibility of the spine or hips.
